Richard C. Fritsch, Ph.D., ABPP, is a licensed psychologist and board certified psychoanalyst with extensive experience providing psychological services to adults and adolescents. As a psychoanalyst, he understands people and their problems based on a dynamic view of the mind. Dr. Fritsch believes both the conscious and unconscious processes have profound effects on the way a person thinks, feels, relates to others and behaves. Dr. Fritsch tailors his therapeutic interventions to the person’s life stage, personal goals and the problem for which treatment is sought. This approach privileges the uniqueness of each person with the goal of helping individuals untangle the past from the present, rationally address current challenges and take full advantage of present life opportunities.
